Our Story


Helmed by Michelin-star trained chefs Raphael Gries and Julien Sobolewski, Somm’s Table is the newest restaurant concept to open in Bolanos, Makati.


Elusively located in the basement of the Corner Exchange Building, Somm’s Table gives a taste of French fusion dishes, a selection of fine wines, and a patisserie and deli – all in a modern speakeasy setting. 


The restaurant's interior boasts an eye-catching view of fine wines in their glass wine cellar, exclusively curated by Raphael (who is also a WSET 4 certified Sommelier!). For those who don’t fancy a glass of wine, a special cocktail menu is available featuring classic and signature drinks.



Notable dishes include the Egg Nest with Imperial Caviar, Poached Hokkaido Oysters, Pork Secreto Iberico and Chicken Confit. Just this October, they also teamed up with the World Pizza Champion Chef Giovanni and launched a pizza menu that is truly unmatched.


 From sourcing fresh ingredients from their farm filled with vegetable crops originating from Europe to sourcing imported meats and ingredients from around the world, quality is at the heart of everything. 

Deli & Pâtisserie

Besides their French fusion menu, they offer a classic and unique collection of cold cuts and cheese in their deli menu, which you can also enjoy paired with wine. And what’s a french restaurant without a patisserie? Somm’s Table offers different types of authentic french pastry classics like Croissants, Cinnamon rolls, and Pain au chocolat available for to-go. Très délicieux!
